Matt has practiced antitrust law since 1994, first on the defense side at Wall Street firms, White & Case and Cahill Gordon & Reindel, and then on plaintiff side since 2008. His antitrust experience spans a wide range of industries including automotive, commodities, food additives, minerals, newspapers, payment cards, retail, sports, and technology. Courts have recognized Matt’s expertise. He has served as lead class counsel in antitrust class actions where he assembled and supervised teams of law firms. Notably, Matt’s team successfully pursued a co-conspirator in four federal courts and Canada.
Matt advises a U.K. firm of solicitors on collective actions. He graduated from New York University School of Law in 1994, where he was an Associate Editor of the Law Review. He has published articles on antitrust law.
Gary B. Friedman

Gary is a highly experienced plaintiff-side antitrust litigator, having served in a leadership role in multi-billion-dollar antitrust cases. He began his career at prestigious firms Skadden Arps and Sidley Austin before establishing his own practice in 1995. A graduate of the University of Chicago School of Law, Gary has also contributed significantly to the field through numerous published articles on antitrust and aggregate litigation.
